Yansa empathizes with caregivers and families that provide direct support to individuals with a developmental disability. We understand although caring for a loved one is worthwhile, at times it can become strenuous and even stressful. We recognize your devotion, hard work, and effort to provide quality care to your loved ones. However, Yansa believes that self-care is also extremely important for successful outcomes.

Our Respite Services can meet your needs by providing a furnished program due to the absence, or need for relief of those persons who normally provide care. Respite may be provided in the client’s home, a DHS licensed group home, or another community-based setting approved by DHS. Some settings, such as a hotel, may be approved by the State for use when options using other settings have been exhausted.
